Thought id intro myself noel aka hairyhead from Dublin.
I have an mz and bsa bantams. I am interested in oldies rats and survival bikes.

Your on the right place . there are some people one this forum who have or had MZ also,
Including me. MZ ES250/2, ETZ/ RT125/3- was my great hobby till 2 years ago. collecting pictures info from al DKW RT 125 kopies, so also BSA ?Bantam

Hi
Nice to hear from you all, yup i have bantams and also mz,Bantam playin up. Mz ts 250 supa 5 which is non operational as i have no regulator as i bought two online as seen and neither worked.
The bantam was brought out tonight ran erraticaly and petered out the police pulled me over and made me push it 3 miles home Do you know anyone who has an mz 6volt rectifier that works?
So what sort of bikes do you have?

I got a: RT125/3, ETZ250sidecar,2 ETZ251 and a MZ500R fourstroke.
Try to get a rectifier at an automotive shop, or maybe they can help you with an adress.

No shops in dub that cater for oldies is there a car rectifier u can use for a 6 v system i need reliability u see after the police and the erratic throttle of the bantam last night i got a bit annoyed need to be back on two wheels.. any ideas?
