Hi,

My bike is a 1995 BMW R1100GS. I ride it yearround...

I have been told it looks like something from Mad Max...perhaps a survival bike???

Here goes...I have never used BBCode to post an image...

you are trying to put a full page between the tags, instead of a single picture, that won't work
it's easier then to remove these tags, then everybody can click the link to the page him/herself.

About placing photo's:
Go to the page where your photo is and 'right-click' on the picture. Then choose 'copy location' (or something like that, I don't know exactly because I only know it in dutch).
Past the copied code between the image-tags in your message, make sure the last digits between the image-tags are '.jpg'.
Shoult look like this:
img]http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1016/140 ... c6cb37.jpg[/img]

And if everything works wel you'll get this result:

I'ts a nice bike you've got there, buit it doesn't fit the prifile for a survivalbike.

Check out the info you'll find on www.rataplan-ratbikeclub.nl (then click on 'Ratbikes') There are some great examples of what we call survivalbikes.

Just paint the whole thing matt olive drab or matt black and you're there!

You did not drink too many beers...I was test sitting saddles from our stable...each is a different one...
